When you arrive to your session, we will have some time for you to fill out a client intake form, discuss your goals for the session with me, and ask any questions you may have.
I’ll always work in a way that feels comfortable to you, and you can communicate your needs throughout the massage. You’re also welcome to fall asleep or stay quiet, and I’ll respond to the cues of your body to provide the most benefits out of our time together.
Working with Olandra has given me a new perspective on how to integrate my mind and body into healing together, and how much power I actually have in that process.
